Image to text is a free online tool for text recognition from images (OCR). The service:
- Is provided "as-is" without any warranties
- Uses AI technology for text recognition
- May not recognize 100% of text correctly
- May be modified or discontinued without prior notice
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the tool only for lawful purposes. The following is prohibited:
- Processing images containing third-party personal data without consent
- Processing illegal or harmful content
- Using the tool to bypass security measures (e.g., CAPTCHA)
- Automated mass use of the service
4. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain full rights to all images you process using the tool. You are responsible for having appropriate rights to uploaded content.
5. Recognition Accuracy
Text recognition (OCR) has the following limitations:
- Accuracy depends on image quality
- Errors may occur with special characters
- Some fonts may be difficult to recognize
- We do not guarantee 100% accuracy
6. Limitation of Liability
The tool is provided without any warranties. We are not liable for:
- Errors in text recognition
- Damages resulting from use of incorrectly recognized text
- Any damages arising from use or inability to use the service
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law.
